• The wash basin has a lever mixer tap.

• The vertical grab rail is on the right as you face the wash basin.

• Additional features include: a mirror and a shelf.

• The ensuite has a wheel-in shower.

• There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the shower (150cm x 150cm).

• The shower has a fixed shower head, an adjustable shower head which can be detached, wall-mounted grab rails and a dropdown rail.

• The shower controls are twist turn mixer.
