The peaceful Norfolk Broads lie mostly to the north, east and south east Norwich.  With thirty calm, shallow lakes fringed with reeds, alder or willow. They are interlinked by a series of rivers and man-made dyes to form around 200 miles of navigable waterways in serene countryside.

Due to the unique nature of the area, the Norfolk Broads and its slow-moving rivers and silent marshes make for an exquisite place to explore the native wildlife and catch migrating birds that visit the area on route as a respite from their mammoth journey south.

Holt is one of those towns that you can wander around for ages, just enjoying the small hidden yards which are full of little independent shops and cafes, or browsing in the galleries and antique shops, get completely carried away in Bakers and Larners or spend your time eating in one of the many tea rooms, cafes, wine bars or pubs.

Reepham is an attractive Market Town, 6 miles from Sparham Hall Farm.  Set in beautiful country side between the Bure and Wensum valleys, the Market Place is the main focus of the town.

Reepham became a Market Town in 1277 and still has a local market every Wednesday morning.

Its a lovely little market town where you can get all your essentials and enjoy a coffee, pint or wine.
